Less is more

I never would have thought that too much knowledge was a bad thing until I realized that all this information is making me crazy! I am ashamed to say that I check my email while driving. How can we find peace if we have 10 windows open on the computer and we are darting to one web page while the other one is loading?

Last night I was at the end of my writing and editing "rope". I felt frustrated by every sentence that I pounded out of the keyboard. Finally, I decided to just go to bed and it was only 9:30! The world didn't come to an end. I got up this morning and the words flowed onto the page. We are all a work in progress. I don't know if any of this makes sense, but its all I have. I'm off to teach some yoga!

Hey Sundari,
Just wanted to follow-up on the invite to Jivamukti in DC --- please do join us --- and when you do be sure to let me know --- I am apprenticing for Jill in preparation to attend Jiva TT this May --- so, on Wed nights I practice and on Saturday mornings I assist. Hope to see you at Flow!

Oh, and thanks for the kudos on my blog --- glad to hear you find it useful!

Om shanti,
Cory

Hi, You don't know me but I've been considering teacher training at Sivananda in the Bahamas (and so have been researching it), and, coincidently, have to come to Baltimore in early March for a conference at the Hyatt and was looking for some yoga nearby. Well, the internet being what it is, I ended up here! I would love to know what yoga is available near the hotel on a drop in basis, if you know. I am mostly a student in Anusara or Iyengar, but will try anything. Many thanks for any info,

Metta,

Laurie (in Maine where yes, Virginia, it is still snowing, hence, the Bahamas!)
